Terms of Use
Last updated: May 21, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the website els.insoweb.ru (the "Site") — the showcase of INSO ELS (Event Logs Service). By using the Site you confirm that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. General
The Site is operated by the INSO team (“we”). The Site is informational and demonstrational: it describes the ELS product, provides documentation, SDK examples, information about the MCP server and interactive demos (including an AI code‑adaptation assistant).
These Terms are a public offer. You accept them by starting to use the Site. We may update the Terms; the current version is published on this page.
2. Definitions
- “Site” — els.insoweb.ru.
- “User” — any person using the Site.
- “ELS” — the INSO product for collecting and analysing production events and logs.
- “AI assistant” — the interactive code‑adaptation tool available on the Site.
- “Dashboard” — lk.insoweb.ru.
3. Using the Site
The Site is provided “as is” for getting acquainted with the product. You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
- create excessive load or send automated requests beyond reasonable limits;
- circumvent rate limits or other restrictions;
- violate applicable law or the rights of third parties.
We may restrict access in case of a violation.
4. Authentication
Signing in is not required to browse the Site. Some features (for example, higher AI‑assistant limits) become available after signing in.
Authentication is performed through the single INSO authentication service (auth.insoweb.ru) using the OpenID Connect protocol. Upon sign‑in we receive basic profile data: account identifier, email address, name and avatar (where provided).
Access tokens are stored locally in your browser and are used to confirm your session; you can sign out at any time, which removes the local session data. Details on data processing are in the Privacy Policy.
5. AI code‑adaptation assistant
The Site offers an interactive AI assistant that helps adapt a snippet of your code to the INSO ELS SDKs upon your request.
You provide the code voluntarily. The submitted snippet is sent to an external AI service (a third party) for processing.
Important: do not paste secrets (keys, passwords, tokens), personal data or any confidential information.
The result is advisory, generated automatically and may contain errors. Review and test the generated code before use. We do not guarantee its correctness and are not liable for the consequences of its use.
Use of the AI assistant is limited by the number of requests per day. To speed up repeated identical requests, the result may be cached for up to 48 hours.
6. Intellectual property
The Site content (texts, graphics, logos, page code) belongs to the INSO team or is used on lawful grounds. SDKs and examples are distributed under their respective licences (see the documentation/repositories). Copying that infringes rightsholders’ rights is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its features are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, the demo tools or the output of the AI assistant.
8. Analytics and cookies
The Site uses analytics systems and browser storage technologies. The data collected and the ways to opt out are described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms. Changes take effect upon publication. By continuing to use the Site you accept the updated version.
